I had a weak personality

Does anyone know if there is any way how to grow taller naturally? I looked on the internet, I read a lot of books but I can’t say that I found a solution to this. I think that it will be better for me to accept the fact that I am shorter; also it will be better for me to trust myself more. When I was a little my parents took me to a psychologist because I couldn’t integrate, and I can say that it helped me a lot.

I need to lose a couple of kilograms

Does anybody know how to lose weight in a week? I am very interested in losing weight fast because I have just decided to go to my prom party. I didn’t want to go because I had no date but my best friend just called me asking me to go with him. He just broke up with his girlfriend. I don’t need to lose many kilograms. I want to get rid of a couple of them, in order to fit in a very nice dress that I have since last year.
